Returns
Our
goal is to make returns as easy as possible! Olly Oxen accepts returns for
credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made
directly through the company website (www.ollyoxen.com) as long as the returned
product is not visibly worn or damaged. Our goal is to make returns as easy as
possible
Full priced items with an Olly
Oxen order copy:
- Full refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase
- Full merchandise credit after 30 days
- After 90 days merchandise credit of last retail value
Sale items with an Olly Oxen order copy:
- Full refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase
- Full merchandise credit after 30 days
- After 90 days merchandise credit of last retail value
- All goods marked as "final sale" will not be eligible for return
Olly Oxen products without an Olly Oxen order copy:
- Can be returned for merchandise credit at the last retail value.
The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.
For products purchased at one of our retail partner stores, please refer to
their return policy for guidance.
Exchanges
Olly
Oxen accepts exchanges that are made within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by
the user.
Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you
would like, in addition to a return address and telephone number. We will then
send you the replacement product as soon as possible.
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged,
defective, or incorrect merchandise, you may contact us at (919) 886-6396 or orders@ollyoxen.com and we will be glad
to arrange a return or exchange for you.
